This blog contains freezer meal recipes I’ve made for those who could use a little extra TLC. It is a blessing, joy, and honor to serve others through the comfort of a home-cooked meal. Unless otherwise noted, none of the recipes are my own creation. They have been shared with me or found on Pinterest, the web, a good old-fashioned cookbook, or a magazine.

I search for and try to create freezer meals that are easy, yummy, and relatively inexpensive and healthy.  I hope you enjoy these recipes, whether making them for yourself or someone else.
